The community assessment aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the context in which the project will be implemented, to inform the design and execution of its activities ensuring they are evidence-based and responsive to local dynamics. The primary objectives of the assessment are:
- The consultancy team should be a company or NGO
- A detailed CV highlighting relevant experience for all the consultancy team members.
- A detailed technical proposal outlining their understanding of the assignment, proposed methodology, tools, workplan and timeframe, team structure, roles and responsibilities.
- List of the most relevant previous consulting projects completed, including a description of the projects and role in these consultancies.
- A minimum of 3 references from previous clients for similar projects of the same nature to the one in this TOR.
- A financial proposal with a detailed budget breakdown
Remark: All applications must include all requested documents otherwise, they will be rejected.
